What would be a better belief: I can and will lose weight.
Make a shift: I no longer want to believe I’ll never lose weight.
Change your mind: I want to believe I can and will lose weight.
I trash my belief: I’ll never lose weight.
I will recycle that belief: It is possible to lose weight.
I no longer believe I will never lose weight.
Today I believe I can and will lose weight.
